Upon receipt, your request will be routed to our FP&A Manager for full review, including TCO analysis, NPV and IRR modeling, CapEx vs. OpEx classification, and validation of hard cost savings against the approved budget, followed by formal sign-off per our Delegation of Authority matrix. Please also confirm whether this is a Must Have or merely an emphatic Could Have. Once your submission meets our Definition of Ready, we will happily estimate it at somewhere between 3 and 13 story points and revisit it in a future sprint. Possibly next fiscal year.
