I can’t figure out what’s being “fixed” on west river. Near as I can tell, they’re going to simply add a layer of asphalt?? They put pot hole filler in cracks and manhole covers, so I don’t think it will be a full tear up and replace like 10 mile? Who the fuck knows at this point
