Conditions we want: 1. Large lake 2. 1-2 hours from home 3. Short term rental allowed 4. Private frontage 5. I’d like the price to be below $500k. This combo eliminates many, many lakes. Also, there’s no timetable for this. Could be 12 months from now, could be 5 years.
